Rain’s Magic Stick is bringing him plenty of money.
The hallyu star just recently bought a building in Gangnam, Seoul worth 10,000,000,000 KRW (6.7 million USD). This 310 sq. m. commercial building is currently being occupied by a flower shop on the first floor but rumor has it that Rain might move his company JTune into this building.
If that happens, Bi might just find himself in close proximity with his former mentor because the office of JYP Entertainment is just right around the corner—20 meters from Rain’s building to be exact.
Gangnam-gu is one of the more upscale areas in Seoul with several shopping and entertainment centers located around the district. And with an international artist purchasing a property in this area, the real estate value in Gangnam is said to increase.

Guess he’s really familiar with the area and feels comfortable there too.
Maybe he’ll use it as a shop for his new clothing line.
