I think this trip to the US will be good for Big Bang. They have a fairly American style of pop/hip hop and could really learn a lot if they are, in fact, going to study American music production and style.

GD is only going there to produce the music. Big bang are treating this like a vacation, in some tiresome way. They deserve the rest! god, i’m glad they’re getting a rest!

but GD’s solo has been planed long before and he deserves it. no matter how much you want to bash, i think GD has a really nice, distinctive voice. He’s not a great singer like daesung is but he really can sing.

i hope g-dragon raps and sings! =) i think he is a good rapper and a good singer too. in terms of english, i think g-dragon’s english rapping skills improved quite a bit as seen in big bang’s english song, “number 1.”

thank GOD he’s not debuting in the US. his english sucks D: and I’m a huge BB fan and think he’s a genius when it comes to *making* music,a nd I think he’s adorable and a great dancer, but int erms of sound, I like him least in the whole group. I hate his rapping voice, and I don’t think any Americans will appreciate it in the least

I don’t know if I’m looking forward to his solo work. His singing is more like croaking, but his rapping on the other hand is pretty nice. My major problem is that the style that Big Bang has been going with lately is mediocre (IMO), and since GD writes/composes most of it… I’m hoping for the best.

So, I sincerely suggest that before you call SR a loser for the thoughtless remarks he made, try thinking about where he is coming from and how much exposure he has had, especially him from BB since he is not a big city native (comes from a small town, the same one as yunho from DBSK).
