The Wonder Girls performed in the latest episode of “Kim Jeung Eun’s Chocolate“. Unfortunately, the ladies were looking less stylish than usual. And I use the word “stylish” loosely in here.
If the girls wanted to go for the whole color block trend, which is so last season by the way, they should have just nixed the black leggings and utilized their long legs. Or at least So Hee’s long legs.
Unless of course they forgot to shave, then this would totally explain the tights.
Despite the fashion mishap, the girls have a lot to smile lately. Aside from Nobody topping almost every music chart and the release of a new makeup line, Wonder Girls recently announced their new project as Mnet’s reality TV stars.
“Wonder Bakery” is the name of the show. The goal is to have each member paired up with an aspiring pastry chef who then will make cakes and desserts based on that week’s mission. Each week one patisserie will be eliminated until one can be crowned winner and take home 10,000,000 won.
I’m not too sure about the Wonder Girls baking skills or what role they would play in this competition. But I like where the show is going. It’s like “Top Chef” meets “Kim Samsoon” meets “JYP’s grand plan for Wonder Girls world domination”.
First episode airs on November 5.

Seriously, “Wonder Bakery”. I don’t think I would even want to try to eat something those girls would bake. Do they even know know how to cook?
wtf…first SNSD with their stupid factory crap now WG’s with BAKING?? What happened to just regular old SINGING/PERFORMING ON STAGE?

I find that these girls have no personality at all! On almost every show I’ve seen them on, they just like to sit and be pretty! They don’t do much talking and Sohee always looks like she’s too good to be there! Perk up girls! You may be at the top of you game right now, but that could end any day especially with such weak vocal talents!
Something worried me with how sunmi is acting on the first episode, she acted like she didn’t even want to eat a piece of the tinyyyyyy bread =O and then you see how thin she is….and then I see her at the Singapore airport and she’s sick and pale and needs help walking…I don’t know what to think anymore about her health but I think shes doing something very stupid right now and I’m scared for her. =(
She seemed so fragile and reserved compared to her usual bubbly and happy self.
Anyways….WG is apparently bland because they don’t rely on scandals to have a new story of them for you to bash them on? or what because they have been sounding amazing this promotion just like the Irony days, I get it. lol
Too bad Korea thinks differently, WG is nothing but interesting and fresh and loved here in Asia. Unlike some other groups who can’t even manage a comeback, they work and continue working.
BTW Sohee really really impressed me during their “I love you I do” performance, their english is actually very good. =)

SNSD was only popular before their scandals (although they had some before their debut) simply because of jessica’s nasty hoish ass, and simply because they used groups like SUJU and DBSG to promote themselves, and simply because they were from SM.
Wonder girls on the other hand, all they had was JYP at the time and all they had to rely on to gain attention was each other and JYP, it’s not like Rain was around in JYPE anymore to help them or as if G.O.D or Park Ji yoon could promote them before hand.
Wonder girls have and will continue to earn their spot in Kpop no matter who tries to put them down, they will join DBSG at the top of their game, trust me. =)
